How do i actually get this to work with all the logic cause i've tried but simply not working?

I love this ship so far, gerat work! For me it seems that i can't input a waypoint for the autopilot with the keypad.

Of course, no problems! I also recommend the new version of the map. If you don't need the radar, you can simply choose not to connect it.

Would you be alright if I modified this map and used it on a ship uploaded to the workshop?

I think proper tuning could solve this problem. the system is highly sensitive to maneuverability and each technique needs to be matched to its own parameters. Or if that is not enough, increase the maneuverability of the aircraft.

well no offense but that ap kinda sucks for jets like fast ones it missis all its waypoints by 2 kms and is desperately trying to get them by using 1% of the yaws potential i repeat no offense but id like to see a plane version would be amazing i dont know how hard it would be but if not possible then its okay

It will be easier if you take a new version and take coordinates from composite channels 3 and 4. But I would not recommend to use it that way. it is much easier to make a separate controller for it.

could there be a slightly modified version that outputs the next wayoint in the microcontroller, to function with other manually input autopilot micros? then, it could be used as just the waypoint manager, rather than the autopilot as well, for certain vehicles that have extra triggers that would be needed during autopilot.

This is really good - But how do i zoom in and out. Its good to a point, but having travelled from Uran port around Arid, around waypoint 18 or 19 it starts to wig out, inverting the rudders and such like

hi I made a waypoint system a while ago and it does wired things in multicplayer the yaw fins on my boat are moving in the right direction but it doesnt have an effect on the boat it just goes straight, I think its a bug but do you have any idea why its so buggy?

the zoom works through 2 simultaneous touches. If you understand the principle, then it is quite simple.

It works I have no doubt about that But it's kind of inconvenient You can't zoom out Therefore you can't get a good bearing of where you are Even though it's not meant for that It would still be a very Nice Improvement

If anyone is wondering the "smoot" will smooth the rudder inputs, turn it up if the boat is turning to fast/over correcting

Can I use this microcontroller on a helicopter? There is a problem, the spit is twitching along the yaw axis

@reaper leviathan 101 The advanced AP system that I use in my vessels is possible only because of hostbanani's amazing waypoint autopilot! My system only adds to it, but the original system is to the full credit of hostbanani !! :D

What am I doing wrong?

I have connected the gps coordinates, compass, manual yaw from the seat, and outputted yaw to the back rudder, but when I turn it on while flying (and a waypoint set), nothing happens. I only want a "waypoint hold" feature and don't need all the screen or multiple waypoint stuff.

oh also a heading hold function, a auto stop output for a throttle, and a position hold function would be great also the ability to edit and existing route and or the ability to save an load routes would be great too

could it be made to make the vehicle follow a curve which is bound by 3 way points with the start of the turn starting at a point on a line between WP1 and WP2 and whose turn ends at a point on a line between WP2 and WP3 and whose turn start and end point can be determined by either a predefined radii or by a radii that is calculated on the fly by factoring in the vehicles current speed and a value for it maximum allowable turn? so that the turn radii is as small as possible without losing control of the vehicle also if this sounds weird or is hard to follow thats probably because i ...reaally didn't do well in maths class and im almost certainly using the wrong terms or something anyways great controller love it i use it in my hydrofoil

My favorite autopilot. Any way you could make the map zoom controlled by a set of buttons on screen, or external input? Perhaps a button to toggle the distance between distance to nearest waypoint and distance overall as well?

Surprisingly good, my hovecraft with weird steering mechanics still works with this.

Its now just deciding to just go 80 degrees and not go to the other waypoints

It goes 90 degrees the wrong direction, do you know why?

if the autopilot is enabled and this value is not true, then it is worth stopping the vehicle. This is necessary so that the engine can automatically turn off at the last waypoint.

what is the "route Indicated" connection for?

i have 3x3 monitor and i dont see the B R C buttons i got it work with large keybad so i can set waypoint but idk should i see the waypoint markers on the monitor etc? and yeah wheres B R C

the other auto-pilots have wider turns to loose less altitude and speed as well as work well with altitude hold

for whatever reason it does not like when i have a separate altitude hold gyro, makes it impossible to use on aircraft because it keeps climbing but will not work with an altitude hold
