No, they built Flak cannons there. Do you even know where Hannover is? The next coastline is 150km far away. :D They built the steel frame of the building to construct u-boats but then moved u-boat production to bunkers due to being less prone to air attacks. So the steel frame was shipped to Hannovers Hanomag factory, used as a frame for the factory hall instead.
