what i am currently are looking for is a way to disable technologies from a current gameplay or even change a preset. That way certain techs i never use or just don't fit my playstyle would be disabled.
RMB click on tech = disabled => tech tree shows a great out version, another RMB click enables it again and it becomes researchable again.

been using this for a long time now. It is a bit different but is basicly the same. You got a info pop up window for any tech you hoover your mouse pointer over and it shows follow up tech from the pov of that current tech

New graphical glitch: scientists are no longer assign to specific techs in 3.8, but the now-inactive "assign scientists" button still appears. In other words, the mod overwrites the new UI with the old one that no longer works.

It is very useful, especially if you are going for science rush.

Yeah, the mod needs a global update.
Since there are a lot of graphical errors in the new versions with this mod.
The same "automatic research" is present only in the new version of the research interface.

i created this mod back then as idea for quality of life...
as expected tons of other mods copied the idea...was okay, i am like to share.

It works, however the new "Auto Research" button is not there with this mod. So if you want to use this quality of life feature of the new 3.0 update, disable this mod

still works in 3.0. even with UI Overhaul Dynamic and Infini7e's Dark Blue UI mod on top. not sure if the tree itself is accurate though.

As is with every stellaris update, Does it even need an update? its literally just a version number in the mod file 9/10 times, the mod could still completely function. (wish this was common knowledge, so people only asked for updates if mods were actually broken)

Looking at this thread I see I'm not the only one who has had the same criticism of this mod that I spelled out for you. Several people have had the same/similar criticism.

all modders of this world have agreed to you, only your, only your wishes will be processed in mods.

everyone who wants something different will unfortunately have to do without, because you know everything so much better.

to substantiate this, we took all your extensive created mods and your modding experience on your workshop page. we didn't realize how wise you are.

so every other opinion has no value anymore, thank you very much for your time, we will come back to you much more.

The screenshot in the Workshop makes it look like you added some new interactive functionality to the game. It looks like you added a tech tree that can actually be used by the player in the game to affect research. Nowhere on the workshop page do you explain that all the mod does is open an in-game browser that opens the wiki page for the tech tree. Sure, it's "interactive" but that's like saying that my toaster is an exciting electronic entertainment device. That's why I said I was disappointed. Deal with it.

Now, there's nothing wrong with a mod that just opens an in-game web page. That's fine for what it is but that's NOT what your workshop page makes it out to be. What you've done is make it look like your mod is something it's not. If you had explained what the mod actually does then I would not be complaining. But looking at your Steam Workshop page right now I see no mention of an in-game browser, no mention of the wiki, no mention of what exactly you mean when you claim "interactive." Nope. None of that is there.

I gave you my honest opinion of your mod but you feel so insecure about it that you need to get all ♥♥♥♥♥♥ about it. I told you what I think. That's all I did. Apparently you only want positive comments and praise. Well, prepare to get triggered because I'm going to spell out for you exactly what has me disappointed:

the alt tab solution to avoid was the reason for this mod...and it wasnt only for u, it was for all these who want to avoid it, so thanks for ur input and all the superfluous mods that you don't need yourself but others want, I will inform all other modders that they only have to take your wishes into account.

Game promises "Interactive Techtree" but delivers a web page. I thought this was going to show me which techs i had researched, in a tree, and allow me to select my next research from said tree. So yeah, disappointed.
Sorry, but this mod is useless. Much better to open that wiki page in Chrome on the desktop and then alt-tab to it, at least I have the page full screen then!
