I made some small changes: Finally applied smooth faces, adjusted the texture bright level, optimized the amount of triangles, changed the contour to circular and the positioning mode changed to "on terrain".

@Chameleon it's good to know you liked it. I am gradually updating my first assets, so I already have in mind that I should add face smoothing to plastic tables and chairs.

I just tried adding only the props and LSM still shows they're missing. I think they're working for you because it's using the local copy of them on your computer.

@LemonsterOG thanks for informing me, I detected that the parks will not show the assets and this is very strange. I still don't know what is causing this problem, I did some tests and even updated the package but without success. However Props work perfectly.
