The wallpaper cannot be exported to your mobile device because the wallpaper creator has
to accept the latest Steam Workshop Subscriber Agreement first.
You can send the following link to the creator and ask them to review and accept the latest
agreement, afterwards the wallpaper will become available for mobile devices:
