и всё же завешивание балконов это уже современность. Здание будет выглядеть в сотни раз красивее если балконы будут "чисты"

! UPDATE 14.04.2020:
>> Added a LOD to the buildings at 1500m. Meaning that when you get to 1500 meters away from the building, it switches to a much lower resolution polygon model (20% of the original) to have less impact on game FPS.
It may be slightly noticeable visually but definitely worth the savings in polygon count.
No need for anything to be done if you have already built the buildings. The changes are done on the fly.

If anything breaks or looks weird, please let me know. I have thoroughly tested though.

Thank you for the great work! When I see such well-made mods, I feel like I should never try modding myself, as I'll never do it as good =)

It reminded me of similar buildings in Saint Petersburg, Novosmolenskaya Naberezhnaya.
