@Mudak, It's incompatible with LIT, but there is a dev build with improved AI. No clue when it will be released on steam.

About 1356 I'm not sure, most likely it's incompatible as well. If the mod changes building or ideas in any way it would be incompatible.

@Yesyes There is no settings for Naval movements unfortunately. Transport ship ratio is in a good spot imo.

It is necessary to improve the AI of naval warfare. The main fleet of ocean warfare computer only hovers near its own coast, and will not attack the enemy fleet or blockade the coast, even if it has an advantage in naval strength, and even some countries do not build a transport ship.

@Gigawot just tested it again no CTD for me. You can try re downloading the mod. It can be launcher issue, mac os issue or lack of some dlc.

So after testing, i cannot get past the 17th Nov 1444 without crashing on any nation. On england its day 2, brandenberg day 4. others on 17th. This is the only mod i have installed, I only crash when this mod is enabled.

@Baggio I did some math before implementing it, and adjusted everything accordingly. So on monarch point side it should be balanced.
10 idea slots is what ppl requested early on, initially I was against it, but it definitely made the game more balanced. With 8 just like u said, there is strong focus on picking just the right one, and it's a double edged sword. Vanilla ideas are just not balanced, and to some extent they not balanced even my mod.
Also there is the fact that AI have no planning capabilities, AI just picks ideas randomly. To compensate for that I'm writing fairly deterministic logic, and it's very sensitive. AI will work with 8, but it will be not perfect. In last 3-4 updates I loosened restrictions on idea groups to introduce a bit more randomness.

Hey, another question, maybe can you give as submod with vanilla 8 slot idea ? I think that 10 is little too much, the less idea slot you have, the more you have to focus on a picking the right one, which is better for strategy gameplay.

@Baggio I'm about to update it, in my tests games AI is doing much better.
I also imported CK3 terrain images, adding 5 terrain types to a base game and overwriting a majority of the vanilla ones.
Considering the light version. I don't think I can make it work in this patch, changes to a hardcoded AI building priority are crippling for the AI. The only solution I know so far is to edit buildings.txt, which will immediately make light version incompatible with many mods.

Weirdly enough but AI was doing better before the 1.30.4 Eco fix. One step forward, two steps back. It's really frustrating.

@MichieldeRuyter We added separate AI script for fort upgrades in the last update, as well as a way for AI to delete forts. Logic is fairly conservative, to prevent fort spam.

@Baggio I'm working on it and it might take a couple of days. Current version should work on 1.30.4, tho it's not ideal.

@Rex Basiliscus The game doesn't count Otto government form as a monarchy, p sure I cant fix that.

@SPIRIT BAKER the ottoman ruler should be a sultan at kingdom lvl, padishah at empire lvl, but from the patch 1.3 onward it's just plain king and emperor.

@Sthon Disabling pop up might help, otherwise u need to delete common/cb_types folder. I only edited nationalism cb enabling it for revolutionary governments. I'll fix it in the next update. ~ETA 1-4 days.

Hey everyone,
after installing this mod I keep getting the popup for nationalism casus belli over and over for the same nations. It happens in irregular intervals but always several times a month, which makes it slightly annoying. Is there any way to fix this?

@AndrewDeMethill I've added a small fix, tested it briefly. And I'm testing it again rtn. Everything works, I don't see error related to the mod. I also have seen ppl playing with my mod after the update. hmh
What exactly happens? Crashes etc.

@itsjustmyshadow 1.30 added a lot of new AI settings, and AI scoring for repaying loans was too low. I reported it as soon as I noticed that, but so far no official fix.

@algame I fixed the debt spiral to some extend, however there is no settings for new mercs, and AI is p bad at using new mecrs.
AI building logic is the core of this mod, AI should build manufactory or new equivalent of manufactory in every province, if he have enough ducats and time to do it.

Does this help with the AI debt spiral? Have you stopped AI building useless buildings eg. Shipyards and stuff?
