v Roleplay maps don't need nodes since they're intended for roleplaying with other people. Some sandbox maps are just meant for construction or replicas. Not every map needs a navmesh. And even then, just generate one yourself. Go to the console while in the map and type 'nav_generate'.

Update: It looks like its originally from CS:S on Inferno and it was originally used in the Portal 2005 Beta for the Radio Loop. It was used again in CS:GO for Inferno.

I'll be fair with you mate it's been 2 years I don't even recall uploading this. The track is titled 'mirame_radio_thru_wall.wav', if I had to guess it's most likely from CSS or something.
