I did notice that the navy commandos middle piece between their chest plate and their groin plate is not black, but is instead white. I looked through the bodygroup tool, found nothing. Even if your not the person who made this, could you see if there's a way to fix it?

Did work for me, read carefully the instructions in the comments.
However can someone tell me why the belly part of the Navy Commando is in white and not black?

Download the link. Create a new folder and call it whatever, I called it "JFO" put that folder in the Garry mod addons folder then once your link has downloaded, extract the two folders (materials and models) and put them two folders into the new folder that you made which is in the addons folder. Once done open gmod then your spawn menu and go down too "Addons - Legacy" and your folder you made will show with the models.

E.g - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons\JFO

If this doesn't work then your trolling like {FSU} Apathy Is or you shouldn't be on Garry mod because idk how else to explain that any easier

once you have 7zip installed, right click on the downloaded file, then, under the 7ZIP drop-down, select "extract files", the resulting folder is what you put in the addons folder

Guys, for the love of all things holy, its NOT FAKE. he used 7zip to compress the files for google docs, so you need to use 7zip to extract the file folder before putting it in the addons folder, heres a link to a 7zip download if you need it: https://www.7-zip.org/a/7z2000-x64.exe
