to clarify im only having the missing texture problem when i load a map that has combine soldiers already placed

i have the base addon installed and it does replace the models but they have a missing texture. spawning the combine commando normally by itself is fine though and there are no missing textures then

@Cultist_kun, Please please, can you help me? I really want to get these this guy, the grunt and suppressor into half life 2 and the two episodes as enemies to fight. I managed to extract the base addon AND this npc replacer, ans put them in my custom/mods folder in a materials and models folder, yet the hl2 game, episodes and lost coast keep "crashing" and jist exit themselves and smed me back to the desktop.

Did I do sometbing wrong? Can you please help me get these to work in the base game?
