The white haired lady is someone in the brotherhood, she was one of the gang members who were spawning in the simulator and the guy in trenchcoat is the morning star specialist, They have a lot of unused models sadly, I wish they would kept most of them in the story or even make a dlc with some of them :(

No, Sadly. Kiki was removed from the game. Her model doesn't exist in the game files.

Actually, He just uses the one clubber model, But they used the yellow color palette on him. I might add him to the update 2 of the mod, Maybe.

I would just like to point out that Warren Williams is missing from the Vice Kings. I'm sure he has an in-game model used in the 2D sidescroller level.
