is it normal that in the state of regdol, the model somehow behaves slower than others, or does it seem to me?

Could you may consider making a second version of the worker with his hoodie over the head.
Or maybe you just retexture the Hazmat one into becoming the Combine worker one with basically a hoodie on, wearing it's gasmask.
