This map has been on here since they launched the worldbuilder for this version 2 years ago... I am sure your a top player Adler (You didnt state if the Ai was on expert or not).. But this map was built originally as a test run and then I turned it into a proper sponge map for ppl who like a good old choke point. With a few twists here and there. Its an old classic now and if I started doing one thing I will end up updating the whole thing.

Excellent map, my only constructive critisimn is the areas, if you capture & secure both bridges, you block out 3/4 of the resources, I rushd the park bridge enemy side & was shocked to find that it isolated half of their resources sothey couldnt earn fuel etc. Made them an easy kill after that. Particulary when the Ai seemed hel bent trying to advance deep into my side of the city to try & secure the sentral area cutting their supply, over my my weakly defended park bridge.

good map indeed. incluing victoypoints would be nice for those who like it. as for a winter map - i dont see much use in it since there are no crossable water areas and enough buildings for keeping the infantry warm - it might look nice though.

Map has been checked and tested (including FPS etc) at full ultra settings against 4 expert Ai. No isuues were found. For those who have lower spec PCs. I have scaled back bushes etc that does not detract from the look of the map or how it plays. Please report any issues you have I am happy to look into it and help...

City Blocks has been out a while and I have just released City Blocks 2 Holland with more City Blocks maps to come shortly... Since this was my 1st map along the City Theme and (to me anyway) it looks a little dated I can update this map along the lines of the City Blocks maps... Take a look at them and if there is enough ppl wanting this map updated along the City Blocks route I will do it!

Ok I just went in and checked in game the popcap is at 300 now...

I had no idea it had dropped to 100 I must of done something after I had raised it... If you touvh the map it resets the popcap... I have several other maps on the Urban city theme Holland settin and other but the workshop wont publishmy maps anymore... I get a yellow triangle error code 2... I will change the popcap on this right now Back to 300... Thanks for letting me know

For one, great idea for a map! BUT, the pop count of 100 SUCKS!!! Your AI opponents NEVER just make infantry with a cap of 100 on a map. It dont GET IT!! Unless you go in and physically take away its capabilities of making vehicles.
As to your City Blocks Map... Awesome! That was the first of yours Ive DL'd... love it! TY, and keep up the great map making!

I have this week published another map called City Blocks... Incorporating and advancing the basic ideas of this map... The City Blocks map is detailed unlike this one... The popcap is 300 and the tactical elements implemented are for experienced players against expert Ai or humanvs human... Hi guys Ive just changed the pop cap to 200 and I took a look at the flank but couldnt see what was causing rex a problem... It was originally just a troop area untill feed back on troops pilling up on the bridges forced me to change that... I removed and smoothed down the are for the tanks.... If anyone else is having any issues please just post them up and I will take a look...

Don't know why the pop cap is at 100 each, but the map is great. Only issue is the infantry not moving correctly within the forest area when a tank is nearby.
