This was always my favorite Sonic in Mugen, and still is. Amazing to finally be able to use him in a platform fighter after so many Mugen matches with him. He isn't accurate and your new concepts bring a lot to the table, but I have to say N-Special is a very lousy attack. Takes forever to charge, can't be stored, and pitiful range. If work is still being done on him, I would like to maybe suggest Up-Special Portal be N-Special, or maybe replace it with the neat "target throw" Homing Attack the original character has. I also have to add his jab is unwieldly, stubby, and a bit strange. I think a standard Sonic Battle punch starting jab would make it a lot easier. Everything else is stellar, he just really needs a win theme and win screen background. Real cool smash attacks also.

people say rivals became mugen with golden ronald but this right here is the REAL mugen treasure

I appreciate your comment AgentPhil, and from that I can see why you feel that way. When conceptualizing how the move worked I was focused more on the aspect on using the bottom one as a kill tool. Granted I don't see the problem with waiting to use it below the stage since I gave him some aerial delay and movement options with some of the other attacks.

First impressions: This character is certainly an interesting concept. Although initially confusing, he seems to have a surprising amount of combo potential and good kill power. My only issue so far is that the uspecial is unwieldly when recovering, since you can only create secondary portals below ground level. You could make it where you tap uspecial to set the first portal, but hold uspecial to set/teleport to the second portal. Otherwise, this is pretty damn good work. I'm looking forward to more like this.
