If anybody sees missing textures I think its because you need half life 2 episodes/CSS and Portal 1/2

The so called "warhammer_40k map" is a bad edit of this map. The guy who made the Warhammer_40k just stole this one and badly editied it.

I'm fairly certain it's the drop pods that do that - it sucks because they're the best part of the map, really, but yeah.
