I wish someone would update these. The new update overhaul ruined so many mods, is hardley any fun to play rome now. So many great mods are gone along with their creators, sighs!

TIme to load this baby back up. Honestly tried to play without it but............. You know public order on the decline everywhere even though i am not in a war and temples in every city and settlement. No fun playing when you spend half the time. Managing public order >.> Wonder why there is no icrease gaurd optin for cities. To help keep public order in check

Can you make a version that just lets you increase the Tax Rates without any Public Order penalty?

Apparently this applies to the AI as well, as I used it for one turn and every visible AI city is suddenly at 100% happiness.
