You can select and enable (and/or customize) it from the game menu: Game Options -> Settings -> Controls, Vibration & Force Feedback -> Custom Control Schemes
If the scheme is greyed out, your controller may not be recognized as a PS4 controller.
First you should connect the controller to your PC via cable. Then, in Steam's controller settings (Steam -> Settings -> Controller), make sure that no scheme is associated with the PlayStation controller and the Configuration Wizard is disabled. Then restart Steam with the controller connected. Typically, it should then be detected correctly.
If this is not the case, you will need to contact Steam Support.
You could also try a third-party software such as DS4Windows. But I'm not familiar with that.
I almost thought so. Therefore I created a control scheme (GENERIC/XBOX) for the PS4 controller to use if it is recognized as an Xbox controller or generic gamepad. You can try this, the settings are exactly the same. Hope it works.
I suspect that there's something you can't see or isn't working. Unfortunately, 4 different online translators have given me 4 completely different translations, all of which are not coherent for me. Because of this, I unfortunately cannot respond to your comment.
I am a little baffled by your question!
Even though it is a totally valid question, I obviously think that my control scheme works well. Otherwise I would not have made it available to others.
To use it, subscribe to my scheme (Steam will download it) and go to Game Options -> Settings -> Controls, Vibration & Force Feedback -> Custom Control Schemes. There you can select and enable it. Of course you can also edit it and customize it to your needs.
Sure would be much appreciated. Thank you SevereScott
