Yeah i just finished editing her myself. She can cast a lot more spells an does not use the weapon she had.The problem with this character is. She is not a Combatelement she CombatSpellword.i don't know what that is but she only uses weapons.He rarely cast spells.

After changing this i had to also change her perk tree to apprentice Good.She functions fine now.BUT! I could not change her head.Her head is permanently White brown.Not yellow.She is now essential which she was not.An i had to raise her courage through spell Courage an she was fine.But then in some real life situation i just changed her confidence to be Brave instead of cautious.If you edit her like this she works much better.If not Get Illia from Darklight Tower. She is working fine if you downloaded the unoffical patch just released here.

Then i had to Also i made her naked on finding her an removed most of her gear except the necklace. For obvious reason..... Shes a ♥♥♥♥ up.

she should be wearing novice robes they look more like her robes from the comic.

I married her and she ran off ( like they always do), what is her command code to bring her back? How does it take for a npc to get from riffton to her reswapn point? I waited 4 days and she still has not shown,,,,,

You will need to give her some magicka potions because she doesn't regenerate magicka (and starts with zero magicka).
As for the bow, you'll need to install a follower overhaul to stop her using that as it's a part of the vanilla follower scripts to give every companion a crummy hunting bow with infinite arrows.

I rather like the mod, but I have one request. Can we get a dialog option for hugging her? Because I think she really needs it.;P

@wepwawet Yeah I never paid much attention to the anouncement of the creation kit before because it didn't interest me at the time.... Anyways, after I asked this question I decided I should at least look around a bit more like I should have (derp) and eventually found the program and some tutorials.

(shir Blackwater) I don't know if you are either new to the game or you've just been lining under a rock :D but the creation kid releasd by bethesda is in your game libary under the tools category... good luck btw

off topic, but I was wondering on how these companion mods are made?
What program you use and where to get it, and also how hard is it to make companions for the game?

Because I had been thinking of trying to have a go at making a mod like this myself.

Just tested this out for a bit, she seems to prefer using a bow for some reason instead of using magic or her "machette" other than that she's a nice companion to have, although I think she's a little intimidated by my amazon Argonian who's size I have increased vie the console, so she stands head and shoulders above Katia =p

Nevermind, it's a common glitch that happens. I waited a few days and went back to the temple, and there she was.

you should provide her console code in case she decides to vanish in weirder ways and players need to get her back from the void between glitches.

Is she going to be my special friend?

I married her, but immediately after the wedding she just up and vanished completely.

..While this is wholly in-character, I want to know if this is a bug, or intentional.

She still has the lockpick. Somewhere.
