i play new vegas on ps3 and PC and i really love the game . i voted for this because it would be cool to play as the new vegas poster boy in tf2

You don't. You have to wait for Valve to accept the item. In the meantime you can download it as a mod so it'll replace an item.

Wow, this is so amazing. Really makes the Pyro look stocky & strong/masculine, which some of us pyro players would want more of.

Pretty cool. My only nitpick is that the collar isn't up but I'm sure if it was it would probably clip with a lot of items.
