I like your models but your material files are not configured right, which is why your textures are so over-bright. The ambient value sets the background light, regardless of sun position, so if you set the diffuse value much lower than the ambient value, you get flat colour with no light & dark.
The diffuse value should usually be the same or slightly higher than the ambient.

These values would quite well with your models:

The model is so bright, almost shiny. Maybe tone that down a bit. But otherwise love the building.

Darkening the textures is very easy with image editor like GIMP. One can manipulate any mod textures by accessing the .DDS files in the corresponding folder, I do it often, especially for situations like the present one.
But ideally, it would be best if the author of the mod does this and updates his/her mod in the Workshop, so that it gets done at the source.
