btw @technopithecus if you are in survival you need to build a loader system to make and mount warheads to it, this can be done by building a large rotor head and hitting the "attach" button on toolbar 2

Rotor came with a small head, no warhead... and I can't attach a large head to thereby attach a large warhead. I figure I'm missing something?

Need an atmo version, something that will allow simple reload would be nice, trying to think of ways to go about it currently.

in testing i usually fly upward to dodge the warhead, sub max speed flying works too though

because the warhead is traveling at same speed as you, the distance will stay the same, so try to release between 80-90 m/s to give enough distance to get out of way in time effectually

youre supposed to fly toward the target, drop the warhead, and then just fly up or down or forward faster to get out of the blast zone

do you need to fly backwards to lob that warhead at something? or just delink at low speed and hope you dont nick it?
