I don;t know if the conflict is on my end or not but here is the error i get loading this:

This gives me a warning that it couldn't parse the vehicle effects. Can you assist?

well i can say without a doubt i've search high and low in the train department and this Autur assets are all pretty much the only ones that all work correctly and with low mesh
