Thank you for creating truly excellent architectural landmarks for all these years for this game. This building in particular has always stuck with me, and I decided to make an effort to see the real building. Sadly, however, work had begun to demolish part of it, and by the time I saw it the dual-towered corner section had been completely leveled, to the point of the archway that lead to the rear. It was a depressing sight, but however, at least I saw the building before it was entirely leveled. From local news the current owner wants to redevelop and restore the property, but it looks like he's been saying that for about a decade. Wouldn't surprise me if this grand structure wasn't long for this world.
But thanks to your digital recreation of this landmark, we can forever have a representation of how it once looked, maintained and cared for, while also providing an insight into history.

I have not stopped using this Asset Pack since its release!
I have spent many a family reunion visiting Dubuque Iowa!
Half my family has lived here since 1940s prior to that Waterloo!

The water front property it once amasses is now using 15% of what still exists as flashy tribute Brewery on a newly overhauled riverfront promenade *tear*

Someone need to tell the local gov to just go into rico settings and assign it to residential. Imma make some baller post-industrial apartments out of this.

Like I´ve explained so many many times... nothing is broken. LSM just says it doesn´t load the asset twice.

So when I try to use it, it says the asset is broken. I'm wondering what I might be doing wrong. It looks great!

Just means it´s not loading to save RAM, because of your settings in LSM. The asset is added through a subbuilding aswell, aswell the building itself. You don´t have to copy/paste every LSM msg. You can find all buildings in RICO.

Mine is like ryanroga. I duplicate what they say about "Duplicate prefab name."
