What happened to "No Minable Components" mod?
Swenthorian 26 AGO 2021 a las 21:30
Can you make this, but for components?

Yehaaaaaa. Ok I'll stop lurking, it's creepy.

Long range scanners will still pick up compacted Plasteel, same as with the components mod

Perfect.

I thought the whole idea was that plasteel that you mined was rubble buried under a mountain? I understand the point of this mod (for challenge and such), but I think that it isnt unreasonable for plasteel to be buried under a mountain given that it took spacer tech to get to the rimworlds, and that people may have been there for thousands of years

Because both RimPlas and Rimfeller add ways to make Plasteel that are far more interesting then mining it out of a mountain. Plasteel should be a spacer material, not something found in nature.

Thanks a lot for the mod.

Why would you torture yourself this way?

@zergologist not before he removes food for me
Trinzy 23 FEB 2020 a las 3:39
@Rademenes with the RimPlas mod, you can make Plasteel.
konstantynopolitaneczka 23 FEB 2020 a las 1:08
OK some people want realism but this mod makes the game really hard. Almost everything require plasteel in mid/late game.
NECEROS  [autor] 22 FEB 2020 a las 10:50
@zergologist only if you pay me to do it :P
Zergologist 22 FEB 2020 a las 5:50
Can you remove minable steel, and then gold, silver, and finally uranium?
Trinzy 22 FEB 2020 a las 3:15
@Rademenes16, because most ores in RimWorld are fake/unrealistic. Compacted Steel, Machinery and Plasteel are not immersive. So removing them and then using other mods to add a way to craft them makes more sense to me.

These mods that remove the fake ores plus Vanilla Iron and Steel, RimPlas, Rimefeller, Easily Craftable Components, etc, make these resources just as available, but in a more immersive way. I like realistic progression.
konstantynopolitaneczka 22 FEB 2020 a las 1:42
why?

Next mod: removed all minable stuff - playing sea ice with a growable land.
NECEROS  [autor] 21 FEB 2020 a las 21:24
No, it does not.
Epic Store Exclusive 21 FEB 2020 a las 19:43
Does this also remove events like crashed ship parts etc containing plasteel?
Trinzy 21 FEB 2020 a las 16:10
Thanks again! BTW, I actually am building my modlist based on your Age of Rim collection. I didn't even realize it was yours until an hour ago!
