Thanks for the mod!
The meta.cpp says "publishedid = 0;" instead of "publishedid = 2003045626;" as it should according to https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Arma_3:_Enable_Steam_Workshop_support_in_Server_Browser

Can you fix it? It would fix compatibility with the official Arma launcher.

When I run your mod, I run without the ace nightvision pbo, for the full MGS4 solid eye effect, and whenever I loaded cup without that pbo, it broke all nvgs by deleting cup and vanilla

It was CUP, whatever recent update they did, they forced ace nightvision requirement

Arma took up so much space, i was trying to get a version that was smaller than the steam one i own, but yeah, i would rather have working mods

yeah it was the version I was using. with my steam version, it works just fine. The repack i was using before, it wouldn't work

I do know It worked at one point with no errors, but I forget with which version of arma I was using when it worked

Strange I've never heard or gotten that, have you tried unsubbing from the mod, playing the game, and then resubbing again?

by vanilla I mean all of the arma 3 nvgs, including apex and contact

when I run this mod by itself, it removes all of the vanilla nvg's. and when I run it with RHS and or CUP, it removes those as well

yeah, I am having the same issue with the nvgs disappearing when running this mod. I like this mod and hope it's fixed soon. The solid eye is my favorite for my playthrough of the Old Man scenario.

Alright, send me a friend invite, I should be able to get you the files that wont download for you for some reason. If you go into your ArmA 3 Directory can you find the Eyepatch mods folder?

@ Wulfe Matrax (CLEMC) I've tried it with limited mods before I made the post; just now, I tested it with just this one installed; on both occasions, the NVGs were removed; their functions were non-existent.

Interesting, this is the first reported case so far. Have you tried it with no other mods installed to see if its a mod confliction somewhere, @Artyom Saveli?

Mod doesn't function. I tried redownloading it, but now, all of the eyepatches lack the NVG functions.. None of my mods are conflicting with it, but it's missing an entry in 'bin/config.bin/CfgWeapons/solid_eye_nv.type' , along with all of the other NVG types on top of that.
