The base game added Residential exploitation sectors so that you can now naturally grow colonies to 7 sectors if you use them, so I don't consider this mod to be of much use anymore, if you think otherwise tell me why and I'll see about updating it.

after playing more I realized other things are causing crashes too, I'm no longer certain it's this mod, the game is just buggy- thanks for the reply!

this mod has been causing crashes for me, usually when I or computer civ make a sector - not EVERY time, but when it does happen it happens reliably (latest version + DLC revelations)
