@Krystian - just remember though that if you want it to function as factory you need the RICO mod :)

I like how it doesn't use any other mods or props. Also the building looks very cool.

Sounds great, yea, victorian era factories look amazing. i want to do one myself someday but im strapped with other assets first haha.

Finally another true factory building.

If you want you can make it modular seperating the large factory hall and the storage/garages in the back allowing people to create even bigger complexes
