99% of all the mods in the workshop are outdated, doesn't mean they don't still work. 99% of the mods I'm running are all outdated and they work just fine for me.

這個跟移除所有爛人柄好像不能用了？我放在最前面，只把他們放在非官方補丁底下，還是會ctd。跟將軍有關的mod只有3個技能點的mod而已

ah it does work in saves, you have to loot again to get rid of the negative -

@ccloly 威望有最高上限,滿威望會對包圍網有影響,但是影響不是很大,差2,3塊地的差距
