ok so i found the solution, i grabbed the sfm files, went to gmod materials and made a folder named "model", then i placed "prinz_zeugen" folder there. then i copide "mi_ch044_hair.vmt" and "mi_ch044_hair.vtf". and renamed both them "env_hair.vmt" and "env_hair.vtf", i also left the original files in the folder. that should be working for 64 aswell.

on certain parts of the model i can see a tint of the missingtexture (the pink and black grid) It appears on basically all the metal parts and on the hair, any idea for what may be causing it?
