how can i make the fence free and whithout collision and pedestrian link for the realism mod?

i try to modify the parameters file in the mod directory but it don't seem to work.

@Crack Im sorry, but that cannot unfortunately be modded. Otherwise I would prefer it that way too. This is the only way to place fences and such for now.

А есть ли возможность сделать подобный забор с механикой размещения типа проводов или дороги- от и до, чтоб не ставить по 100 шт на периметр?

UPDATE: Pedestrian path connection have been added in case of fire, which shouldnt no longer occur, but now you can also build fences for your own resources.
