My personal experience testing with a small number of mods has it "halt on error" and sort of crash, generating error reports in the log, identical to someone else's bug report.

@[NAT] nagyslash in file SpawnCarWindows.lua You must found line:
"Windshield1",0.2,

where 0.2 is chance to spawn this Windshield. If I good remember "Windshield1" is for vehicle type standard.
Also after 41.51 may don't work cause devs changed SuburbsDistributions.

Simple and useful. Could you link a turorial or explain to me how to make this changes in loot spawn? I saw that it's just a little script.
