@~Mocha~ When it comes to coloring, I'm mostly referring to the respective factions in which the characters have spent most of their careers. In the case of the elite generals, it was important to me that they could be part of all their factions in terms of color. Regarding the four remaining tiger generals, these are at the bottom of my list, because I think their current presentation is very good. Since I have always viewed the five tiger generals as very individual warriors, I will use their colours of typical representation of the present day. But many of Cao Cao's generals are planned to get his color scheme, especially Cao Ren. But in fairness I have to work on other factions first, even if Cao Cao's faction is also my favorite. :)

That's awesome to hear, do you think you can colour the tiger generals like Cao Cao's red and blue? He's like my favourite faction, even if you don't, i'll still use this mod, its rad as hell

@~Mocha~ Hey, I'm sorry, It seems I missed your question. Yes, they are both absolutely planned, especially since one of my friends has Yuan Shao as his favorite faction. I am still working on completing the five elite generals, which should fit with their colors in their original faction, but also in Cao Cao's faction.

@19CelticLions67 That's actually planned. I plan to make all the generals match their faction color. I hope to be able to continue working on it soon.

I've started several generals. Before I finish one, however, I try different color variations and then I work on the character pictures.
So I can't say who will come next. Probably Xiahou Yuan, since I have planned his reskin similar to his cousin's reskin.

But I can try to start Dian Wei soon.

Maybe you could look at Dian Wei since you seem to be working on Wei officers. I don't think yellow-ish green and red should be his primary colors.
