"NOT COMPATIBLE WITH DEI (DIVIDE ET IMPERA)"
si_guy 14. juli 2019 kl. 16:56
Does this work with DEI?
Arlou9876 13. apr. 2019 kl. 1:32
Thanks!! It works with the new launcher!
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 7. apr. 2019 kl. 12:52
Since some people seem to have issues with the new launcher and mods not saying they are updated, I am re-updating various mods to try to help with that issue.
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 6. apr. 2019 kl. 15:55
The game hasnt been updated since last Fall. You can try using the beta launcher (old launcher) if you are having issues.
Arlou9876 6. apr. 2019 kl. 13:23
still says it's outdated with me. anyone else?
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 6. apr. 2019 kl. 11:39
Its updated and working with the latest game version for months now.
Arlou9876 6. apr. 2019 kl. 9:54
When are you updating this? I'm sorry to be so impatient but there's no other good 2 turns per year mod
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 28. jan. 2019 kl. 12:51
yes
Arlou9876 28. jan. 2019 kl. 7:40
does this work on latest patch??
Taco De Moist 31. aug. 2018 kl. 7:50
@Dresden, I just stumbled upon this mod, looking after a long while to see if anyone figured out how to get all 4 seasons to work with 2tpy. Obviously now it appears to only do a summer/winter cycle, however perusing through the comments, it would appear there was a time you did have 4 seasons working for 2 tpy? Assuming a patch broke it? I perused the mod in PFM and noticed it looks like you appeared to try to force the seasons to cycle upon the end turn. I wonder if there is a way to script the seasons to loop in lua.

Updated for todays patch
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 26. juli 2018 kl. 13:43
For a version that works with the ancestral beta, you can use the standalone found here http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?624360 (until the game updates, then I will update this)
Strategos 26. juli 2018 kl. 13:04
Well, I'll just try it and see then. ^^' Thank you for your answer.
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 26. juli 2018 kl. 12:26
I will update it when the game updates officially, but for now in theory it probably works with the beta
Strategos 26. juli 2018 kl. 7:19
Hello. Would this be compatible with the ancestral beta update? And if it isn't, do you have any plan on updating it? I saw you updated the 4TPY version, but I find that one makes characters live a bit too long for my taste. Whatever the answer might me, you have my thanks for your work so far.
chameleon 14. juni 2018 kl. 12:07
Yeah, it struck me as odd too. It didn't return to vanilla.
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 14. juni 2018 kl. 11:26
If you fully removed it before the save, then new campaigns should be back to vanilla
chameleon 13. juni 2018 kl. 11:54
I had it before the save, and also removed it before the save.
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 13. juni 2018 kl. 11:51
Your saves wont change, you will have to manually edit them if you started it with the mod.
chameleon 13. juni 2018 kl. 9:39
I don't have this mod anymore, I deleted it but the game still plays 2 seasons?
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 29. mar. 2018 kl. 17:52
It used to be summer/winter/spring/autumn on repeat, but after patch 18 I think that changed
Fortune 29. mar. 2018 kl. 17:49
Maybe it has something to do with the seasons tables? I see it orders the seasons from 1-4, maybe halving or doubling the order values would work? if the order refers to the year multiple that could do it.
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 29. mar. 2018 kl. 15:41
Welcome to 2tpy :(
Fortune 29. mar. 2018 kl. 6:01
Im also getting the endless summer/winter loop bug.

Updated for todays patch/DLC
[83rd]1in1class 23. dec. 2017 kl. 21:18
Some way this is not working.. season go from summer to winter and it one year per a turn. Is there any info on this?
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 30. nov. 2017 kl. 10:11
Updated for latest game update.
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 24. okt. 2017 kl. 15:59
Thats sort of the point of the mod - it makes seasons matter
Feddy von Wigglestein 24. okt. 2017 kl. 14:09
This mod makes certain parts complete BS to play. The Suebi always have extreme winters and it makes replenishment impossible which makes it hard to actually commit to any battles. The Seleucids also suffer from extreme summers...if you don't want seasonal effects hampering your ability to wage war in your home provinces, go with the version without seasonal effects.

Updated for patch 16.1.
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 15. dec. 2014 kl. 11:35
I believe Radious now includes a startpos tpy setting (maybe 4?).
Arkad 14. dec. 2014 kl. 17:51
It dose not work for me, I have radious I thought that 4tpy was to slow and 1tpy was to fast. It worked for a bit, but now this mod is not working. I have deleted it unsub, resub and still no good. what am I doing wrong here?
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 11. dec. 2014 kl. 11:17
Only affects main campaign.
The Alpha Incipient 10. dec. 2014 kl. 16:23
Are these mods affecting Augustus campaign or any other? Awesome work, by the way...
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 21. nov. 2014 kl. 9:48
If you aren't using the english version of the game, then the custom texts won't show up.
OndAtRa RodenTia 21. nov. 2014 kl. 2:22
Hi, Dresden. I'm playing only with this one mod. And windows with season description looks bugged. There are no Weather titles and sometimes no description at all. Got screenshots.

I tried to use your normal 2TPY before without seasons, and all worked fine.
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 20. nov. 2014 kl. 11:21
Compatible with Patch 16 and Black Sea DLC.
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 26. okt. 2014 kl. 11:15
If you want build/research times you can find my 2TPY build/research mod that is compatible.
[LLTE] THAT_CAMO_KiD_ 26. okt. 2014 kl. 9:36
could you maybe tweek this so builds, research and recruitment are taken into consideration?
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 21. sep. 2014 kl. 18:04
Update: Added custom season effects to Augustus campaign.
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 16. sep. 2014 kl. 11:04
Updated for today's newer patch 15 version.
RavenX 6. sep. 2014 kl. 11:38
LoL true, I might, but when I start my new play-through on patch 15 I want to try it as it's intended at least once before I go modding values (aside from the 2tpy of course). Also, I'm occupying myself with a run-through of Xenonauts atm.

When patch 15 officially drops out of beta and you get a normal 2tpy up, I'm on that like white on rice yo. :D
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 5. sep. 2014 kl. 12:00
These effects aren't so much worse than vanilla :) You may like it!! :P
RavenX 4. sep. 2014 kl. 21:09
Much appreciated, brother. Looks like I'm waiting for the patch to go live and your excellent 2tpy mod before my next campaign then :) .
Dresden  [ophavsmand] 4. sep. 2014 kl. 14:30
Unfortunately I am running out of Steam workshop space and that is why I had to use this existing 2tpy mod to be the beta :(. When patch 15 officially releases I will udpate the basic 2tpy.
RavenX 4. sep. 2014 kl. 14:12
Dresden, a question my friend. Did you beef up the seasonal effects to make them harsher? If so, can you do a version that just adds 2tpy? I've always liked your tpy mods because that's all they did and didn't change any other functions. I like the vanilla gameplay as intended really, especially where buffs or effects come into balance, but I've always hated playing with 1 tpy and felt 2 is much more natural both in terms of army movement and general age. If you could do one that just changes the years to two it would much appreciated. If that is indeed all ths does though with no added minuses to the season minus that you'd get normally please correct me. Having not played the new patch yet, I don't know what the normal minuses will be and I'm mis-reading what you mean by "more impactful".

Big fan of your mods, keep up the great work brother, and thanks.
