actually, I'm going to try what you suggested, renaming your bm_c2a2c.bsp to bm_c2a2g.bsp and putting THAT into the Oar Uncut mod vpk...maybe that will do the trick. will try later and let you know

yeah it's a good suggestion, but I just tried it and it didn't work either I'm afraid -- probably because the Oar uncut map bm_c2a2g itself needs to be edited in Hammer with the same tweaks you put into bm_c2a2c. I might try to figure it out (though I have very little experience, so this will be a learning process for me, haha). If I get it to work, I'll let you know! Thanks so much for your effort in making the mod, I think it's a great idea. That post-rocket launch really merits a nice musical reward for the player just like in the original Half Life.

I haven't test it with OaR Uncut Definitive Edition (but maybe you can extract the vpk and rename bm_c2a2c to bm_c2a2g in order to get it work?) but I'm not sure if it will work too with the standard version of OaR Uncut

still doesn't work for me, but I'm pretty sure it's because I'm using On a Rail Uncut (Definitive edition) mod, whose map is bm_c2a2g as opposed to bm_c2a2c

oh ok, I didn't know they changed the system for music format from .ogg to .wav because Xen release, I will fixed it soon

actually i think the sfx might be working, but not the music. If I understand correctly, with the Xen release, the devs changed the system for music files from .ogg to .wav...not sure if that should even be making a difference here though...
