Yes, but you must subscribe to mine first before subscribing to that mod. The reason is that the order in which you subscribe dictates which mod gets loaded by the game first. As long as the game reads mine above that, the menu shown here will be used and then the rest of Urik's mod will work for the other menus. Let me know if any of that is unclear or if it doesn't work.

You can use these alongside each other as long as you subscribe to mine first (i.e., it appears above Urik's Menu in the addons list). However, it will say they conflict in the addons menu because they modify the same page.
