There's something wrong with this part. It does not show that it is related to Exorcist or Keeper.
What's more there's some text error underneath:
"<buff_stat_tootlip_upgrade_discount_HED_District_0>".

There are some errors in the HEDSP.buffs.json and HEDSP.districts_districts.json respectively, referring to code nonexistent/old format perhaps? To fix this you have to manually edit both files

Yeah, I'm having the same problem as @Blackgemcp2.

"[<buff_stat_tooltip_upgrade_discount_HED_district 0>]" floats at the bottom of my district menu, haunting the periphery of my vision... WHAT FOOLS ARE WE TO HAVE TAMPERED WITH THESE CURSED RITES? THE ELDRITCH SCRIPT

The district does not work properly with the exorcist, it does not benefit from the buffs. There is also a code error in the name of the district.
