Updated all the Rimcraft mods with the changes based off your issues. Updating the mods should cause everything to work.

@lonegenius In a recent update I had moved some pawnkinds from Rimcraft Faction to Rimcraft Scenarios. Is this issue happening in an existing save, or in a newly created one? I also need the full hugslib log, not just a snippet. Should also double check all mods are fully up to date as if only some updated and not all, you'd run into problems.
