A very necessary, if unbalanced, mod. The way they seem to structure their campaigns is pretty terrible for repeat playthroughs. Sure it gives you a sort of look at how far the game has come since launch, but ultimately I think the campaigns suffer from a lack of replayability due to me constantly thinking "there's more fun to be had in the skirmish maps" the entire time I'm playing them.

Hope they take a page out of this mod's playbook for Age of Wonders 4, and give players the option of adding DLC content and mechanics to their campaign missions even if it would mess with the flow of gameplay.

No harm done man, no big deal. Thanks for your mod that my friends and I are finding very valuable in going through the older campaigns.

Hi Jo! Thanks for the quick reply! If I had any idea what could be causing this, I'd take a look at a possible fix, but as I said, I can't imagine how it would interfere, sadly :/

hello Eolmoch, the activation of this mod was the only difference between the 2 consecutive MP games we played. I understand this is super strange as you focus on the campaign. I am really not good at all with those IT things. :)

@hawkseye17: I'll be considering to make an updated version of it after the final expansion comes out. But I have to see what is reasonable there, because e.g. Invasions introduced a couple of mechanics (namely world events and the Voidtbringer invasions) which will easily break most campaign missions when active. So it's much more tricky than with the Revelations expansion.

Hi Jo, that sounds like a very strange bug. This mod couldn't really cause this, because it really only enables DLC content in campaigns, doesn't change any non-campaign packs. Are you certain that there could be no other cause?

@Ongo: I'd love to be able to fix this, but in the end your best bet for bugs like this is to post them in the dev forum and hope you get helped there. Because if a crash happens with anomalous site heroes involved, there must be some complex reason behind it that can only be solved through changes to the code base of the game. It's nothing that can be properly debugged or fixed with modding tools, I'm afraid.

Heritor operations that create Drained units does not seem to work in MP when this mod is on.

Fun fact: after T-rex update i've replayed solo-campaign and the game was actually able to generate a map with Anomalous sites in 2nd Vanguard mission. Even without this Mod! :HappyMask:

This mod is a godsend. I only found one little bug: In Assembly 2 it can happen that the bigger anomalous sites (medium/hard) are spawned on lava. Entering such a tile will crash the game.

Hi K'senia, thanks for reporting this problem. It sounds like there are some shenanigans going on with the feature block-out in campaign and the survey-sites. There should be code in place to handle this, so I'll investigate what's going on there.

Absolutely love this, but will say that it does cause some crashes on particular events. It seems to happen when you would gain a unique hero. So far have had it crash on the Thadeus Cyborg Oasis when he would normally join you as well as the Sparky Vanguard guy.

Hi MorallyGray! Since I don't think that I'll have the time (or PC access) over christmas to look into this, it would be maybe better to search for someone else for your request. But in principle what you have in mind shouldn't be hard to do once you find the right .rpk to make the necessary changes.

Any chance you could put the imperial guard units into the faction shops? Such as the behemoth tank and other units? Id do it myself, but idk how to mod this yet.
