He needs a gimmick: he feels like he has lack of direction. Compared to Bluey, he doesn't have a special kit or sth that is centered around.
Side special: it's, really bad..."side b is worse rollout". you could try to make it feel good, faster and more intuitive or just rework it if you can't make it feel good
Down special: "has almost no use at all", it has pretty low damage, doesn't work as a get-off-me tool, and has too much endlag.
the rest of the specials are okay enough.
his basic moves are okay but they don't feel especially good to use. Make them faste (except for up-air, give that thing endlag)
hyped as hell for more characters by you sb!!!
