If you by any chance find the person who made the sprites for chief you can ask if they can make the rest of the sprites for arbiter. I would love to see arbiter inputted into rivals.

way too op, doesn't embody how he is in the games at all. make him slow and clunky, not a speed devil. make an op varient if you want, but i want a balanced character

My favorite custom character. Schmoovin with fairs feels SO FUCKING GOOD. The sound effects are terribly loud and just sound awful, but that makes the character even better. Not only do you blow the fuck out of anyone you hit but their mom can hear the next state over. His low damage, low end lag aerials are just ooh, mama mia, spicy as-uh fuckah.

The sprite was created by a very talented individual who i don't know the name of. He was working on a game called card saga wars and he had a full sprite sheet of master chief. There was on for arbiter, but only as an assist, not nearly enough material to make a full character out of.

this is good but PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL SOUND EFFECTS SUPPORT BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT SIDES. and mabye turn some sound effects down

I think this character is so much fun to play, but I think that the Fstrong is too OP, considering the range and how fast it comes out

So.. I played John for the last 1 and a half hours. The character is really well made in terms of spritework and creativity. But I think he is way too OP. A simple way in my opinion to make him better would be to reduce the firerate and/or damage of the Assault Rifle. Maybe even nerf the grenades(Though I think it's not necessary).
I really had my fun with the current version, but I think it could be even better.

I love this character and I don't even play Halo. Some things seem a little broken though. for example he's so incredibly fast just slow him down a bit. Also N special doing 3%per shot really adds up quickly. just make it like a fox laser and make it do 1% or perhaps you fire volleys of shots that do more damage instead of being able to fire a constant stream. This character has a lot of potential. It just needs some tweaking to reach it.

Actually pretty good but Nspecial and Fstrong are obscenely OP. I lowered the damage on the Nspecial from 3 to 1 in my file and I think it works pretty well for it.

Fantastic character, fun to play! Recommend for anyone who likes fun!
