Hello, if the female character wears a mask, the opening of the mouth will be at the nose and the opening of the eyes will be above the eyebrows. I don't know if it is my personal reason, I hope you can verify it.

Vendors pick stock randomly from there vendor list. I don’t mess around with the vanilla vendor rates as it can effect other mods. Once I add it to The Mad Hatter Shop, it will come up 100% of the time and you will be able to buy the blueprint. :)
