Is there a 3D Model for this Wonder? Or does it just exist in the City screen?

hey nice idea , you should add a technology for this that can give the possibility to make road over sea ( i mean under if you want mod an improvement)

Is it possible to make this wonder force the city to act as connected by railroad to the capitol?
And even more ambitiously, also connect any other connected cities, even if not on the same landmass as the capitol?

@Sapphire Bullets: It actuallly has a requirement to be near water, that's a thing, yes.
Tunnelling sounds doable with advanced LUA-Programming, but I'm not that good (yet). But it's a good idea, I maybe should do some testing on this..

It'd be really neat if the game could offer tunnelling options for going through mountains or seas. In the mean time this is pretty good, but shouldn't there be a requirement for the city to be built on the coast?
