from my experience SPARKS can't even be targeted by Psi attacks (or at least the AI prioritizes attacking SPARKS with their primary weapon) and they are immune to fire though you can use volt on robotic enemies so idk honestly it's just something you'll have to figure out while playing

So, as Psi attacks, do robotic units like S.P.A.R.K. null Purge Bolt, Blazing Storm and their upcsast variants? Or are they affected by the fire?
Since XCOM treats Psi as both Psi and Mental type.

Of all the modded enemies I have, these are my favorite. Both exalted ones are pretty dangerous and are top priority, but if you have a psi op who is strong enough.. you can command them and they become some of the most useful mind controlled enemies. CC with them is great. Also my snipers eat them for breakfast lmao.

Purge Priest seem to be able to target units with blazing storm or melting stream (not sure which), that they have no line of sight on.

Does the plasma damage reduction on the archbishop have an abilitytemplate name? I'm trying to see if I could give that ability to other aliens.

All in all, good mod but the archbishop is just dumb. I see this trend among modders to just make their enemies immune to almost everything and call it a day. That enemy does that to an extreme to the point where the only reason to do so is because "haha memes". Especially invalidating an entire tier of weaponry that took a huge amount of effort to get is laughable.

Absolutely horrifying ADVENT dudes! Even in the late game, they can be trouble if you aren't running a maxed out PSI operative or some form of execution cheese, and I love it. One of my personal favorite enemy mods, good work!

Perhaps the most terrifying ADVENT unit- no, alien unit addition I have made. They have made me reevaluate my tactics time and time again in just the few days I've had the mod. And I am more than happy with that, I'm glad something is here to properly test my units!

Met my first purge priest today. Gotta say - love how bullshit they are. And the animations are top notch. 6/10 on Newfoundland PTSD scale.

Just investigated the same thing. Sadly, that value is not exposed in the config files, but is hard-coded. Love the mod overall, but the plasma mitigation in combination with the immunities is just over the top imo.

they're dangerous in close combat, so if you kite them, they will do no harm, exept fire psi or jail ability
it's helpful to have templar with fortress ability and mind shield

No it doesn't, it adds new "boss" units. There usually is no more than 4 or 3 of them that can appear on a mission.

This is an incredible mod. One thing I thought of, it seems that the bishops and archbishops do not have a high enough psi defense. My max rank psi op with a tier 2 psi amp had 100% chance to dominate bishops and an 85% hance to dominate the archbishop on legend. I went for the mind control on archbishop and it saved the mission, otherwise I would've probably squadwiped. So maybe it would be a good idea to bump those up a bit or can you already do it in the ini? Thanks so much for this mod, loving it! =) Hope to see the autopsies/drops from these guys at some point.

Too bad he didn't release the shotguns as their own mods. Their pretty cool. Had to edit ini files to stop them from spawning as more enemies means a longer game.

The problem with spawns is that every enemy(modded or not) competes with each other to spawn, picture it this way, when the game wants to spawn an alien, it looks at the list of aliens it can spawn and picks at random, so the more enemy mods you have, the bigger the list, the smaller the chance every enemy has to spawn.

@A.Jensen All ADVENT troops look similar to each other, and it's like that on purpose. They're an army, and an army requires uniforms that are similar in design.

Whew, never quite realized how strong they were, and I was scared of the exalted custodians....
Still that damage reduction the exalted archibishop gets is a tad too high, I think I'll reduce it a little bit.

Just a heads up, I ripjack-pulled a purge priest who had the "Solace" ability next to my Skirmisher, and the Solace ability cured the Andromedon shell I had taken control of it. It cleansed him of the hack.

Was it always supposed to do that, or is this a bug?
