I downloaded the zip file Hol Horse mugen character file using fighter sutdio and I was able to extract the sprites from there
as for the victory sprite, hopefully I'll get to it soon LMFAO. It should be quick and easy but I keep forgetting as I have other projects that I am foucsing on.
Also when is he getting a victory sprite lol
- Side-B is missing the Hol Horse gun spin and J. Geil stabby sound effects. I don't know what can be done about this, but it would add a lot more flavor to the character..
- Moreover, Side-B seems to spawn below Hol, and that leads me to ask a question: why not simplify things by merging the Side-B with Down-B when you score a Down-B hit and give him the upwards-shooting-with-glass-shards-falling move he has in HftF as a new Side-B? I dunno, just something to consider.
I never actually intended hol to be broken or super annoying, and I had intentions on nerfing
him post release. But, it appears that some people like him being annoying and broken since it fits him well. Because of that, I think I’ll keep him the way he is (maybe tone a few things down but still make him very strong)

Don’t think there is much I can do. I’m awful at art and going back to resize everything would be a pain in the neck.
Also, thanks for the motivation LMFAO. Motivation is a huge issue for me and I’m surprised I got him to this state without dropping him.
Sprite size is still a big turn-off for me.
