Let me put it straight: it is on my mind to do one but as with the Chevys it will take time - by now I'm quite far from a release. I never made an ambulance before...
I don't like to ask for particular vehicles (been on the receiving end of such questions on unrelated matters), often prefering to wait in silence, and let creators have fun instead, but while we're on it... is there a chance for a'59 Cadillac ambulance and/or hearse?
I didn't forget about the specials and in fact I'm already working on a stretched ambulance/hearse of the '57 Bel Air / Nomad. The back will take a bit since it's not only completely different but photos of it are hard to find - not to speak of blueprints or something really reliable. Taxis cabs are planned as well but will take a bit too, since I have to make 4 door versions.
However my main interest lies in releasing the already planned and finished assets so yes, stuff goes on but specials take some time unfortunately...
Please do consider extending your 50's series with some extra paint-jobs... taxis, ambulances, hearses, fire-chief cars. For taxis in particular, they weren't all Checker bodies and they weren't all pure Yellow, look it up! Some really cool old cabs - Green and Yellow Fairlanes, for instance and Mint Green and White BelAirs in Cuba still running today. Anyway, keep up the great work!
