There's suddenly something wrong with her forward strong. The hitbox comes out way too early so the attack only hurts the enemy if it doesn't actually hit them. You can see it in the video below.

If anyone is having problems selecting this character due to random being added for workshop characters the *last* workshop character you downloaded can't be selected. Just download another character to refresh the last one and you'll be fine.

Really like the clock motif on this character and how all her moves blend together. Plus I love how smooth her animations are, especially the blue flame from her Side Special and Side Strong.

I sent you this on the Discord but here's my thoughts on Liz:

Buff her

make side-b better
make up-special faster
buff her normal damage output a bit
make timing a bit less tight
not super easy but not super hard

also I feel that perfect neutral special should do something
and make her have more kill power and be less light.
