I play KFC Uerdingen 3rd Season in 2nd BL. Have tried many tactics so far. Nothing really helped me understanding why my team didn't win games. I was on loosing streak until I downloaded this thing. I win everything now, even with the B-Team. Thanks.

I'm finding that the game keeps swapping to a standard 424, and everytime it swaps it also does a substitution that I did not want or ask for!
Not every match but when it happens it is a PITA. This has only started to happen in the last week to 10 days so is it a FM patch? bug maybe?

Would this tactic work with Dortmund? I have been having a lot of trouble trying to find a good system.

work the best ..with high work rate MId.. and PACY CB + WINGER + full back
downside is.. a lot of yellowsssss....i mean a LOT...make sure ur code of conduct is set to MAX fine..and u had at least 2 player for each position ..or u will be Fudgggee up

Hi, when you are playing a team who are expected to beat you is it best to change the mentality to cautious?

Once you subscribe it downloads, if you can not find it in your game go to load tactics then go to the c drive/ users /your own user name then eg :alex /OneDrive/ Documents/ Sports Interactive /Football Manager 2020/ tactics. Then you should see all your subscribed/downloaded tactics. hope this helps

Managed to win CL and League with Napoli prior the update tho.

This is really not the kind of tactic you are looking for if you want to punch above your team' weight. Really liked the idea but it's just not working for me cause it's no fun picking bookings left, right, and center while shipping in 3-4 goals almost every game.

unfortunately had to abandon this tactic as i was getting sooooo many red and yellow cards (not sure if its just the current version of the game or not) but in my first season, i had 3 games where i had 2 players sent off. every game at least 4/5/6 yellow cards a game (one match i had 10 yellow cards, 10!!!) but again this could just be the version of the game. some games i win by 3/4 goals but most of the time im getting out scored, games frequently ending with the opponents scoring 5/6/7 goals. always seem to get on the score sheet but never able to keep any out the other end. win percentage of 37%

im 6 games in have 2 wins 3 draws 1 loss, 2 0-0 draws won 1-0 twice and lost 1-0 dont have more possession or shots or anything in a game really

i dont really get what im missing here, i started with leeds have very good wing backs for championship level all my midfield and attacking players have high stamina fitness pace etc yet 4 games in ive scored 2 goals dont create very much at all ?

"I Recommend custom training schedules to be created focusing on your ability to Counter Attack, Press, Overlap, Defend from the front, Press while also making sure your players work on there quickness and endurance. Keepers should cover 1v1’s at least once every 2 weeks to make sure everyone is shape and no area is ignored. Or, you can use mine!"

A wonderful tactic, provided you make sure your players have good pace, stamina and work rate. In my first season test with Lyon we finished with 104 points, went Invincible, won the league, both domestic cups and the Champions League - all with zero transfers and holidaying!
