Hi Masked Man,
your mod has been translated by Junky into German and the translation is now part of the German translations for Civilization VI mods mod pack.
We would be more than happy if you could refer to the language translation in your mod description.

locate the mod file in: steam -> steamapps -> workshop -> content -> 289070 -> 1911190056 -> Builders.xml

delete the following line:

<Row UnitAbilityType="ABILITY_BUILDERS_BONUS_MOVEMENT" ModifierId="MOD_IGNORE_TERRAIN_COST"/>
