Can you make it so that all people on the server can see it, and not just the client who uses the command?

Awesome, its on my server now. One bug is that cheats which we use alot when messing around makes this turn back on in game. I make fireworks everytime i blink. I like the ability to use it with cheats just not every time I leap :P Same goes for the pumkin mod with pregame plus mod :P
