With regards to the asset bundle error, what fixed it for me is re-subscribing to this mod a couple of times and doing it while Unturned is closed.

This probably means the mod creator should re-export the "california" asset bundle.

If u have problem with textures (you fall and etc), maybe it will help you. Also if u have problems with map on server it will help you.
